Fire up your grill and make a fast, fun, mess-free no-recipe dinner. Simply fill a foil packet with yummy things, seal it up and pop it on the grill on medium high heat for about 30 minutes. To ramp up flavour, drizzle a generous amount of infused olive oil before closing up your packet. Have a variety of infused balsamics on hand for a fresh burst of flavour before serving. Here are some of our favourite packets. Tips: Try to add a veggie to the packet to gain moisture. Don't pack too tightly since the release of steam makes for a more tender result. Cut potatoes and hard veggies in 1 to 2 inch pieces or slices. Cut off the top (not root-end) of garlic bulbs.



Cut up your favourite steak in 1 to 2 inch pieces. We prefer sirloin. Cut up chorizo in 1/2 inch slices. Add potatoes or bulbs of garlic with heads cut off. Grill as per above directions. 


Slice long sweet red peppers in half. Remove seeds. Fill with crumbled feta. Wrap in foil. Grill as per above directions. 


Cut tenderloin in 1 to 2 inch pieces. Cut potatoes in 1 to 2 inch pieces. Add olive oil. Wrap in foil. Grill as per above directions.


Cut off root end of garlic bulb. Remove excess peel. Add olive oil. Fold in foil packet. Grill as per above directions. 



Trim asparagus ends. Layout on foil. Place salmon steak on asparagus. Add a generous amount of Asian Master Sauce. Fold and prepare as per above directions.
