Who doesn't love tender, juicy shrimp that snaps in the mouth with your first bite. Try our fabulous marinade that combines lemon zest and the sweet watermelon and strawberry flavour of lychee. And then eliminate the risk of the shrimp falling beneath the BBQ grates by spearing them onto soaked wood skewers. Avoid high heat - you're not grilling a burger - to avoid rubbery shrimp.


1/3 cup Lemon EVOO
1 tsp fennel seed
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes
20 large fresh/frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp Garlic EVOO
3 tbsp Lychee white balsamic 


Mix all ingredients except the shrimp in a bowl and whisk until completely blended. Place shrimp in resealable plastic bag. Pour in marinade and gently massage the ingredients. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium-low. Remove the shrimp from the plastic bag and place on skewers one by one, crosswise. Place on grill and cook for two minutes on one side and one minute on the other per side. Transfer to platter and drizzle with Lemon olive oil and Black Cherrybalsamic before serving.
