SANDWICH SAUCES
Sandwich sauces made primarily with extra virgin olive oil and balsamics enhance the flavour profile of any sandwich better than using mayo alone. Most home chefs have a squeeze bottle or two on hand to apply their favourite dressings and sauces, to coat meats, cheeses and bread before taking a bite. No squeeze bottle? Use a small mason jar. Here are a few sandwich ideas for your next feast. You can use our Most Delicious Duos as a starting point to introduce complexity, acidity, texture and moisture. Try savoury chili peppers, spices or herbs with sweetness from citrus, apples, pomegranates, cranberry or fig. You can travel the world and bring a cultural authenticity to a well-rounded sandwich experience.
