SERVES: 4–6
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup Lemon olive oil 1 tsp fennel seed 1 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes 20 large fresh/frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 tbsp Garlic olive oil 3 tbsp Black Cherry dark balsamic
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients except the shrimp in a bowl and whisk until completely blended. Place shrimp in resealable plastic bag. Pour in marinade and gently massage the ingredients. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium-low. Remove the shrimp from the plastic bag and place on skewers one by one, crosswise. Place on grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to platter and drizzle with Lemon olive oil and Black Cherrybalsamic before serving.
