The quintessential appetizer or marinade or salad dressing from your favourite Mediterranean inspired restaurant, now at home! Nothing beats rustic bread, fresh olive oil, and aged balsamic. Nothing beats a simple way to jazz up a salad, slaw or veggie. And consider adding one our infused sea salts. The basic ratio of oil to balsamic is 2/3 to 1/3. In a measuring cup, add balsamic first, then oil. And whisk well. And after that, it's up to you!

DIRECTIONS FOR BREAD DIPPING:  Add 1/4 cup olive oil to a shallow bowl or rimmed plate.  Drizzle 1 tbsp aged balsamic over top, then sprinkle plain or herbed sea salt. Have a fresh loaf of crusty bread on hand.  And a few shards of fresh parmesan, too.  Heaven!
