GRILLED CHICKEN SATAY
Grilled chicken marinated in EVOO and balsamic keeps flavours brilliant and cooking style rustic. It's the perfect Asian satay (meat-on-skewers) for dipping in our peanut sauce!
CHICKEN SATAY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
8 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1/4 cup EVOO
2 tbsp Key Lime white balsamic
1 tbsp fresh minced ginger or 1 tsp Honey Ginger white balsamic
2 tsp Serrano Honey vinegar
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
On medium bowl whisk all ingredients except chicken. Pour into large ziplock bag. Cut chicken in 3-inch pieces. Use paper towel to dry pieces before placing in the bag. Press marinade into chicken and cover all pieces before placing in fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from fridge. Drain excess marinade from chicken. Place chicken on wooden skewers. Oil clean grill grates and grease. Heat BBQ to medium. Place skewers on grill. Close lid. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning once to cook evenly.

Peanut sauce is rich, creamy, and flavourful and perfect for dipping grilled chicken skewers. Our gourmet Toasted Sesame Oil adds a nutty, aromatic depth to the store bought peanut butter ingredient. The resulting sauce is savoury, slightly sweet, and tangy with a hint of umami. Its consistency clings well to the grilled chicken, making it an ideal dipping sauce.
