It is Kingston Olive Oil’s intention to satisfy all our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit/debit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no "cash" refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition. 

To make an online return:

Please package in its original packaging. Send to address displayed and include a copy of your receipt or invoice along with your name and address. If you no longer have one of these please contact us by phone (613/546-5483) or email (info@kingstonoliveoil.com).

Your return shipping should occur no more than 14 days from the original package delivery date. 

If a product is damaged, we require a photo proof emailed to us. We will provide a replacement and ship the new product back to you.
