BAKED BUFFALO WINGS

Our signature Bake Buffalo Wings achieve the perfect balance of heat and flavour, featuring a luxurious sauce that combines the richness of EVOO with the bright, tangy notes of our A-1 white balsamic. Our Canadian hot sauces dance on the palate without overwhelming it. Each wing is perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and drenched in this irresistible fusion of premium ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg/10-24 split chicken wings, split, tips trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Butter EVOO
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne EVOO
  • 1 tbsp Garlic EVOO
  • 2 tbsp A-1 white balsamic
  • 1/2 cup Oil Town Brewing hot sauce 
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS: 

For the wings: Preheat oven to 400°. Pat wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, combine: 1 tablespoon of Butter, Cayenne and Garlic EVOOs, paprika, salt and pepper. Toss in mixture to coat evenly. Arrange wings on parchment lined baking sheet in single layer. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden, flipping halfway through. For less spice, reduce Cayenne EVOO.

For the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together remaining EVOOs, white balsamic and hot sauce. When wings are done, toss them in the sauce mixture. Return to oven for 5 minutes to set the sauce. For more tang, add extra vinegar. Adjust heat level by varying the ratio of Cayenne EVOO.
