INGREDIENTS:1 tbsp Lemon oil
2 tsp Sicilian Lemon white balsamic (optional)
1tbsp Garlic oil1 tbsp Kosher salt (+1/2 tsp)
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper3 to 4 cups fresh green beans with ends trimmed
Optional: 1/4 cup sliced, roasted almonds, peeledDIRECTIONS:
Place a pan of salted water (1 tbsp) on high heat to boil. Add beans, reducing heat to medium high, cooking beans until just tender. Drain beans and place back in pan. Add both oils and toss gently until all beans are covered. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and toss again. Before serving, drizzle with Lemon and Garlic oil to taste, with a final drizzle of Sicilian white balsamic, if using. Season with freshly ground pepper.
