3 tsp Sicilian Lemon white balsamic
3 tbsp Garlic olive oil
1 tbsp Kosher salt (+1/2 tsp)
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
3 to 4 cups fresh green beans with ends trimmed
Optional: 1/4 cup sliced, roasted almonds, peeledDIRECTIONS:
Place a pan of salted water (1 tbsp) on high heat to boil. Add beans, reducing heat to medium high, cooking beans until just tender. Drain beans and place back in pan. Add oil and toss gently until all beans are covered. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and toss again. Add lemon balsamic and toss before serving. Season with freshly ground pepper.
