1/4 cup fresh olive oil (robust is preferred)
2 tbsp Garlic olive oil
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp red pepper chili flakes
Kosher salt to taste
In small skillet on medium heat, place oils and turmeric. Stir for 3 minutes. Turn off heat and add chili flakes. Drizzle on avocado, other blanched veggies, fish or seafood. Salt to taste.
