FRESH SPRING VEGGIE STIR FRY

GREENS GONE WILD: TAKE YOUR PICK, THEN STIR

INGREDIENTS:
4 of your favourite spring veggies trimmed and cut in 2 to 3 inch pieces 
(Garlic Scapes, Fiddleheads, Sugar Snap Peas, Asparagus or Pea Shoots)
2 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil (or 3 fresh cloves, finely chopped) - if using scapes, use one of our robust fresh olive oils
1 to 2 tbsp infused dark or white balsamic (your pick)
1 tsp Madagascar Black Pepper olive oil
Optional: A few strips of candied bacon prepared separately (see below)

DIRECTIONS:
Heat Garlic oil in skillet or wok to medium high. Add vegetables. Stir for a couple of minutes. Add Black Pepper oil, stir, then add balsamic. Serve on bed of prepared long grain rice (basmati). Optional: In separate skillet stir fry chicken or steak thinly sliced. Dry moisture off meat with paper towel before adding to skillet. When done add meat and any juices to your stir fry just before serving.
