As the greens sizzle and sear, they release their natural flavours coaxed by fragrant Garlic EVOO and crisp, slightly sweet Lemon or Grapefruit white balsamic (or your pick). So grab your wok, unleash your inner wild chef, and let these greens take you on a culinary adventure you won't soon forget.

4 of your favourite green veggies trimmed and cut in 2 to 3 inch pieces (about 1 cup of each)
2 tbsp Garlic EVOO (or 3 fresh cloves, finely chopped)
1 to 2 tbsp infused white balsamic (your pick) 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Optional: Drizzle of Toasted Sesame Oil

To bring out the veggies bright green colour, blanch them first by placing in pot of gently boiling water for 2-3 minutes then remove immediately and immerse in a bowl of ice water. Drain before placing in wok. Heat Garlic oil in skillet or wok to medium high. Add vegetables. Stir for a couple of minutes. Add balsamic. Serve as a side with meat, fish or seafood. Alternatively, serve on bed of prepared long grain rice (basmati).
