Super Tender - Super Easy


1 to 1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, gristle & silver skin trimmed, thinly sliced, horizontally
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
tbsp Garlic olive oil
4 tbsp Honey Ginger white balsamic
1/2 cup honey 
tsp to Cayenne olive oil (optional)
1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame oil
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp chicken stock or water
Optional: Chopped green onions or bok choy leaves roughly chopped


Place pork in bowl. In another bowl, place salt, pepper and corn starch. Combine, then add dry mixture to pork and toss by hand to coat evenly. Set aside. On medium-high heat, place 2 tbsp Garlic olive oil in frying pan. When shimmering add pork in an even layer. Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Stir frequently. Remove from pan and set aside. In a small bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour sauce in pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until reduced by half. Add pork (and veggies if using). Coat completely and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Serve immediately with rice or Asian noodles.
