8 medium-sized whole carrots fronds removed, brushed clean
tbsp Butter EVOO 
1 tbsp Garlic EVOO
1 tsp Honey Ginger white balsamic
tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 

Heat oven to 425 degrees. In small bowl combine oils and balsamics. Place carrots on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet. Brush with the mixture on all sides. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes until tender. Serve immediately. Garnish fresh flat leaf Italian parsley and drizzle with extra oils and balsamics.
