BAKLOUTI PEPPER & MANGO MARINADE, DRESSING & DRIZZLE

BAKLOUTI PEPPER FUSED OLIVE OIL

From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, Baklouti peppers are rare. Both fruity and mildly spicy. Our oil is made by combining one pound of organic EVOO with 1.6 pounds of fresh whole Baklouti peppers and crushing the two ingredients together. This oil is sure to add a spicy dimension to your dishes! Pairs beautifully with: Coconut, Mango, Serrano Honey balsamics.

 MANGO WHITE BALSAMIC

The Indian Alfoos Mango infused with our crisp, white balsamic creates a brilliant flavour sensation. Excellent on salads, fruit, white fish, chicken, and even a teaspoon or two in your favourite sparkling water. Pairs beautifully with: Harissa, Green Chili, Basil, Milanese Gremolata olive oils.

SAUCE, MARINADE OR DRESSING 

Here's a simple way to add this rare Baklouti oil and sweet Alfoos mango to your weekday recipes. In a small bowl or large measuring cup pour 3/4 olive oil then add 1/4 cup of balsamic. (You can use less of both, keeping the ratio of oil to balsamic at 3:1). Whisk until blended, then add salt and pepper to taste and whisk again.
