TRIPLE PLAY HOT DOGS

Our Triple Play Hot Dogs are a twist on the classic ballpark favourite. It's a gourmet hot dog that combines juicy tenderness, a satisfying crunch and gentle aromatic garlic notes. What more could you ask for in a gourmet dog. 

INGREDIENTS:
All beef hot dogs (or your choice)
Garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Hot dog buns (your choice)

DIRECTIONS:
Simmer hot dogs in gently boiling water for 5-7 minutes until heated through. Remove from pot and set aside until cool enough to handle. Using a sharp knife, make crosshatch cuts on the surface of each hot dog. This will create a diamond pattern and allow for better browning and flavour absorption. Heat a cast-iron pan on on the stovetop or grill on medium-high. Drizzle Garlic EVOO into the pan. Place the crosshatched hot dogs in the pan. Sear turning occasionally, until they develop a nice brown crust on all sides (about 3-5 minutes). During the searing process, continue to drizzle Garlic EVOO over the hot dogs for added flavour. Serve in buns and add your favourite toppings.
