SERVES: 4 to 6
INGREDIENTS:
6 to 8 small bok choy, bulb end and leaves trimmed as necessary
3 green onions, horizontally chopped (scallions)
1 tbsp Honey Ginger white balsamic
1 tsp Toasted Sesame oil
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Kosher salt
Option: Replace Toasted Sesame oil with Black Garlic Ginger oil
DIRECTIONS:
Heat skillet on medium. Add olive oil. When glistening, add bok choy and stir for 5 minutes. Add salt, then balsamic and stir for another minute or so until bok choy is tender. Remove from heat and drizzle Sesame oil, then stir again. Serve immediately with extra Sesame oil and Honey Ginger balsamic to taste.
