Simple, Cool, Refreshing
INGREDIENTS:
1 small green cabbage
1 garlic clove
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Wild Dill olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Shred or thinly slice cabbage and toss to break up layers. Mince garlic and place in serving bowl. A yogurt, oil, lemon juice and salt. Whisk well to combine. Add cabbage, then toss to coat. Let sit for at least an hour to allow flavours to develop. Toss again. Serve as a side or as a grilled sausage or burger topping.
