Seriously scrumptious lime and garlic sweet potato fries. 


3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch flat sticks

2 tbsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp fine Kosher salt

1 tbsp Roasted Garlic olive oil

2 tbsp Persian Lime olive oil

1 1/2 tsp Roasted Garlic & Onion Sea Salt Optional: Key Lime white balsamic for drizzle (YUM)


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment. Place cornstarch and salt in ziploc plastic bag. Add potatoes and toss until ALL the dry mix is absorbed into potato sticks. Add the oils and toss again until completely coated. Place in a single layer on baking sheets, spread out evenly, leaving a very generous amount of space between potato sticks. Place baking sheets in oven on evenly separated racks. Roast for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and turn the potatoes to opposite side. Return to oven on opposite racks than before. Roast until tender and crispy about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately.
