CHICKEN BREASTS WITH TURMERIC & LEMON

This is a new marinade that features a citrusy turmeric, the golden spice.

INGREDIENTS:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp Garlic olive oil
3 Sicilian Lemon white balsamic
½ tsp ground turmeric
 Salt to taste if desired
 1 tsp Kosher salt 
Garnish: Fresh ground pepper, Rosemary olive oil

    DIRECTIONS:

    Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a small mixing bowl, place oil, balsamic, turmeric, and salt. Whisk until creamy. Place chicken in plastic freezer bag. Pour in marinade and gently press into chicken. Set aside for 15 minutes, turning once. Remove chicken from bag and drain excess marinade. Place on rimmed baking sheet, line with parchment paper. Roast in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until interior temperature is 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes. Do not over cook. Place on platter and garnish with black pepper and a drizzle of Rosemary olive oil.
