LYCHEE WHITE BALSAMIC

Our Lychee white balsamic is delightfully aromatic with a tropical scent reminiscent of melons, strawberries and citrus. Hawaii's Kaimana lychee fruit is considered the jewel of lychees. Refreshingly tart and sweet, it's perfect for dressings, martini shrubs, cocktails and splashed into frosty sparkling water. The balsamic plays well with prawns and shrimp and makes a wonderful ceviche. Try a tablespoon or two in your store bought BBQ for a citrusy upgrade.
