This sea salt from the island of Sardegna, Italy and is enriched with iodine, a necessary nutrient, most often not contained in sea salt. 

Caber, in collaboration with the Department of Food Science of the University of Bologna has developed a new technology that allows the constant presence of iodine - even after the jar has been opened.
