OUR COOK'S PANTRY

Our gourmet pantry is fully stocked with deep, rich of our nut and truffles oils as well as a select few of our specialty vinegars rooted, quite literally in the soil, bark and barrels they come from. Black, and the rarest white truffles from the forests of Italy, distinctive flavours of almonds, walnuts and ancient toasted sesame seeds are special ingredients, indeed. And then the gorgeous deepest flavours found in our specially aged balsamics and apple cider vinegar.
