WILD SAGE & RED APPLE MARINADE, DRESSING & DRIZZLE

Sometimes you can pick fresh. Sometimes you can buy at your local farmer's market. But sometimes you need fresh herbs and apples in your recipes but don't have any on hand. Make your recipes brim with flavour by simply having our infused olive oils and balsamics in your pantry.

WILD SAGE: BEST OF CLASS "GOLD" - LOS ANGELES EVOO COMPETITION

Made with fresh wild sage crushed with early harvest, fresh picked Greek olives, using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. This oil has captured the best qualities of sage without the woodsy, resinous and almost chemical like tasting flavour that an essential oil flavour would typically have. This process has kept the delicacy and romance that is true to this herb and is beautifully translated in this fused oil. Perfect with poultry, pork or lamb. Spectacular drizzled over sauteed vegetables, mind-blowing with roasted potatoes. Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon and Key Lime white balsamics and Pomegranate dark balsamic.

RED APPLE DARK BALSAMIC

Imported from Modena, Italy, our classic Red has great aroma and a big apple flavour married to our rich, barrel-aged dark balsamic.

SAGE - APPLE FALL RECIPES

For our recipe tips, we're adding our award winning Wild Sage olive oil to the mix.

Incredibly earthy, floral and herbal, our fresh mountain sage is crushed with new harvest olives.

A scrumptious pairing with Red Apple.

Sauce, marinade or dressing.

Here's a simple way to add this fragrant, earthy herb and sweet fruity apple to your fall recipes. In a bowl or large measuring cup pour 3/4 cup Rosemary olive oil then add 1/4 cup of Red apple balsamic. (You can use less of both, keeping the ratio of oil to balsamic at 3:1). Whisk until blended, then add salt and pepper to taste and whisk again. Here are some of our favourite ways to use Sage & Apple whether you're using it as a sauce, marinade or dressing.
  • Chicken Thighs
  • Pork Chops
  • Italian Pork Sausage
  • Roasted Carrots (and the best of fall's fresh farm veggies)
  • Drizzle on Butternut Squash or Pumpkin soups
