CLASSIC GARLIC BREAD

Garlic bread doesn’t get easier or better than this. A quick brush of Butter EVOO and Garlic EVOO means no hard butter to spread, no cloves to chop, no powder in sight. Just golden slices that come out of the broiler crisp at the edges, tender in the middle, with a rich buttery-garlic flavour and a glistening finish that looks as irresistible as it taste

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 baguette
  • 3 tbsp Butter EVOO
  • 2 tbsp Garlic EVOO
  • Raincoast Flor de Sal or 1/2 tsp salt
  • Option 1: Sprinkle with 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan before broiling for a cheesy variation
  • Option 2: Use alternate infused sea salts for enhanced flavour including Rosemary Sage or Applewood Smoked or your pick. 

DIRECTIONS
Preheat broiler. Slice loaf lengthwise. Brush generously with a mix of Butter EVOO and Garlic EVOO. Sprinkle evenly with Raincoast Flor de Sal or chosen sea salt. Broil until golden, 2–3 minutes. Cut horizontally in 2" slices. Serve hot.
