GARLIC INFUSED EVOO

The flavour of slow roasted Garlic when you want it. Since garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking you can use this in just about anything. Great to mix in with pasta or mashed potatoes, to drizzle of steaks before grilling or to just dip with bread. And anytime garlic makes it better.
