You can't get much better than a T-bone steak for summer grilling. The recipe is basic. Pat steaks dry, then salt and pepper both sides liberally.
Heat oiled grill on medium. Place steaks on grill, turning over once after 5 minutes, then cook for another 4 minutes until internal thermometer registers 120 degrees. Transfer steaks to cutting board and let stand. Before serving drizzle generously with a ROBUST fresh olive oil or one of our extraordinary truffle oils.
