CRISP GREEN SALAD WITH ALMOND LEMON DRESSING

Nothing can compare to the simplicity of this deeply rich salad. Great to serve with grilled meat especially beef. 

ALMOND LEMON SALAD DRESSING

In a large measuring cup add 1/2 cup Roasted Almond oil. Then add 1/4 cup Sicilian Lemon white balsamic. Whisk until creamy. Add Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Whisk again. Drizzle on crisp mixed greens. Toss until greens are completely covered. Serve immediately. You can make the dressing a day or two earlier and drizzle when ready. Do not refrigerate.
