LEMON & ORANGE

Refreshingly sweet with a delicate lemon tang, Sicilian Lemon white balsamic has nicely balanced acidity with a crisp lemon flavour and aroma. It makes an excellent substitute for lemon juice. And a must for every pantry. Pair it with our Tuscan Herb or Basil olive oils for an outstanding vinaigrette for greens or tomato salads. Use as a fabulous glaze for chicken or shrimp. Drizzle it straight over fried, baked and broiled fish and shellfish. Pairs beautifully with any herb infused olive oil, Olive Wood Smoked olive oil.

Luckily for us oranges ripen at the exact same time as olives. We have them pressed together to obtain this beautiful citrus olive oil. One of our most popular oils. Try as a substitute for butter in baked items such as pancakes, waffles, brownies, quick breads, muffins, yeast breads and rolls. This oil adds a unique flair to Asian cooking, is great on salads and in vinaigrettes, and can be brushed on salmon filets or used to saute shrimp and scallops.
