ORANGE FUSED EVOO

Made with fresh navel oranges and early harvest Arbequina olives, they are crushed together to make a whole fruit fusion - a combination of fresh citrus with fresh olives. It's bright, exceedingly versatile and especially useful when your recipe requires orange zest. Use it on fish, desserts, baking and with seafood, chicken, pork, fruit and salads. 

SUGGESTED PAIRINGS: Cranberry Pear, Grapefruit white balsamics and Chocolate dark balsamic.
