SWEET CARAMELIZED ONIONS

With a little patience you can make the perfect topping for burgers, dogs and steak. Peel, trim then slice 3 large yellow onions horizontally. Heat saute pan on medium. Add 3 tablespoons of Butter olive oil. Cook on medium for at least an hour, turning every 15 minutes until golden brown. Add more olive oil as needed to keep onions moist.
