BESPOKE BROWNIE STATION

Move over high tea, dry cucumber sandwiches and teeny, tiny petit fours. This Mother's Day, the humble brownie, the one she's made a hundred times for everyone else, gets the afternoon and it's nothing short of spectacular. Your station starts with our soft, extra fudgy, crackly-crusted brownies and then Mom gets to customize her bite with crème fraîche, fresh cherries, pistachios and a collection of little pitchers or sampler bottles of glossy berry balsamics. Mini name cards nudge a smile before she's even picked up a square. You've given her everything she needs to drizzle, dress and declare this the best low-tea ever served.

HOW TO BUILD A BESPOKE BROWNIE STATION
With a little advance planning, a Brownie Station requires a surprisingly simple setup. Start with our Fudgy Brownie recipe. Arrange brownies, toppings, balsamics and salts within easy reach. Name cards are placed throughout the bar so Mom can choose her own adventure, or ignore them entirely to build something nobody has ever thought of before. And there's no need for you to have all of these on hand. They are here for inspiration.
