BASIL TARRAGON VINAIGRETTE

There was a time when fresh tarragon was the go-to herb. Delicate leafy tarragon with a subtle licorice flavour added French elegance to otherwise boring 80s recipes. Times have caught up with this forgotten herb! Our Tarragon white balsamic is an essential ingredient for dressing grilled chicken, fish, veggies and the ultimate topper for sliced sweet tomatoes. Our vinaigrette recipe, with the addition of basil, enables you to have a sensational dressing at your fingertips without searching for fresh basil or tarragon. 

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Basil olive oil
2 tbsp Tarragon white balsamic  
1 tbsp Sicilian Lemon white balsamic (or juice of half lemon
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh Italian parsley

DIRECTIONS

In a covered jar or squeeze bottle, combine all ingredients. shake well. Drizzle generously over salads, veggies, meat, fish or boiled eggs.
