Made with fresh oregano crushed with early harvest, fresh picked Greek olives, using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. Fresh, bright and herbaceous - this is by far one of the most difficult flavours to translate in an oil because the essential oil of oregano rarely if ever tastes like the fresh herb, whereas this cold pressed agrumato oregano is spot on. We're amazed how beautiful this oil is, pulling out the earthy and delicate flavours of fresh oregano. Use in marinades, salads, bread dipping, brushed on veggies, with poultry and more.

Refreshingly sweet with a delicate lemon tang. Sicilian Lemon white balsamic has nicely balanced acidity with a crisp lemon flavor and aroma. It makes an excellent substitute for lemon juice. And a must for every pantry. Pair it with our Tuscan Herb or Basil olive oils for an outstanding vinaigrette for greens or tomato salads. Use as a fabulous glaze for chicken or shrimp. Drizzle it straight over fried, baked and broiled fish and shellfish.
