Our tart, rich, sweet and perfectly balanced Elderberry dark balsamic is a taste sensation with zesty hints of juicy purple elderberry. Wonderful ingredient in a vinaigrettes, a marinade, as cocktail shrub, a fruity dessert topping and a beautiful companion to a cheese platter. Our naturally infused balsamic condimento is caramel colour-free, with no added sugars or thickeners and aged in wood barrels in the traditional Solera method in Modena, Italy.
